Our Labour laws our different but procedures are the same.
A labour violation is when a crew member (under 18) works
a) More than 10 hours
B) Without a 12 hour rest pieroid between shifts
C) More than 30ish hours a week
Dont let them mess with the clock card system - you will get piad less
