How old is the information?

McSpotlight: The majority of information we have comes from the McLibel trial itself; they consist of witness statements supplied under oath; you can find the 10,000 pages of court transcripts here; or you can go to the British Library and request access to the court records (they might oblige you).

The rest of the evidence tends to split pre- and post-trial; for example, the additional evidence on nutrition that emerged between the trial verdict (1997) and the appeal verdict (1999) enabled the McLibel Two to win more points against McDonald's.

Look around the site map; you should find cited evidence in heaps.
