What I was referring to was the latter half of the article where it talks about missing papers as if the two are related

McSpotlight: Well, having read the article, it seems as if the papers that went missing included the internal memo about McDonald's; the memo was leaked by someone who thought that the public should know about it and borrowed the papers in question. Don't see how that's not related, really; the papers went missing and one of them subsequently turned out to be this internal memo.
