No, underexperience by itself is not an excuse to be rude, but when you have 2 or 3 managers that bring personal problems to work and then take out their problems on innocent crew members by screaming at them to work beyond their human capabilities, and when combined with even ruder customers, THAT is an excuse to be rude.
