people don't usually say anything if something was good

Of all McDonalds in this country I have been in throughout my life only one has ever been slightly off. Every single other McDonald's has been up to my standards and i am obsessive compulsive about cleanliness. The problem is people don't usually say anything if something was good or if they liked the service. Only if something went wrong.
