Joshers: That all comes down to greed. It's people like you that have the "If you pay me more I MIGHT do a better job attitude" that do not work in my store. To quote from the new training booklets "Your smile and service is included in the price of the meal" Somebody needs to step back and see that your post and ideas are based on 99% greed.
