If you take for granted the power of your Fast Food employee. It will bite you in the ass. Before i left my fast food job, i know everything. THey had me doing everything, and i wasn't even a manager. I was sick and tired of this. When i left. They hired 12 NEW PEOPLE to take my place. They had thought i was doing the work of 12 people. Now They are pretty desparate. Trying to find people who will do what i did is very hard.
