: As a hard up student in Britain, I supplement my income by working part-time at my local McDonald's and am getting extremely tired of being abused by idiots who STILL think that McDonald's are funding the IRA or destroying the rainforests. At least McSpotlight attempts to present accurate information - although in an understandably biased way. When customer complaints and concerns go unadressed people vent there frustrations by any means possable it's not your falt nor there falt it is mc donalds. live with it or change it.
: As an employee I am particularly annoyed by the attitude of what is increasingly becoming the majority of our customers - namely, that a silly hat and name badge instantly transforms a human being into a target for some of the worst kinds of abuse possible. No matter what your opinion of McDonald's and it's policies may be, I beg you not to take it on the unfortunate employee who is trying to get your order right.
