While I understand that being sent home early can be a problem for crew, one must yunderstand that your store is a business. The managers who cut your shifts are only doing their jobs. At my store, if the labour percentages are above a certain point, the whole roster gets the once-over everyday. I imagine most stores are the same. The mangers would prefer to have you on I imagine as there is then more people to spread the workload over. My suggestion to you would be better than the others to make sure you are the one kept at work and, more importantly, learn to do close. That is one shift that cant be cut back once you get there. None.
