Liosten "mcjay", for a start I'm NOT vegitarian. I eat meat, not a whole lot though, I eat fish, I eat paster, pizza, eggs, fruit, in short, I have a good diet. This isn't just about what's in the food, but what McDonalds really are. It is the principal that counts, the thought. Realize what being human is, and try to do the right thing, try. None.
