Fair pay

I like my job at McDonalds and have been employed for nearly five years I consider myself a valuble employee but being only 19 a lot of my workmates are getting paid about about $4 more per hour than me (casual rates) butI Have more responsibilty than these crew members and do a lot more work than these 21 0r 30 year old trainees.
Does any maccas employee agree with me. There should be a pay increase for every year worked. Maybe we could get together and start enterprise bargining.
