I hate McDonalds, BUT there is no way you can make cardboard look like lettuce, it is logical to just use lettuce. What kind of an idiot could possibly beleive it to be cardboard? As far as I know all it is is lettuce with some chemical supposedly in the mayo that stops it from going brown or whatever.
