I've had many macs in my lifetime, and it's never affected me like that. I'm not a doctor, but that sounds like a symptom of lactose intolerance. The posts I've read over at The Toilet by the contributors who are L.I. all mention a sudden urge to have a bowel movement after consuming anything dairy, among other intestinal problems.

Maybe it was just coincedence, or you and your friends all went to the same McD which served spoiled meat.
