John Latham: I read in a magazine that Mcdonalds is the world leader in purchasing chicken legs, heads, bulls testicles and lungs........TASTY!!!!

Hugh Morris: Chicken feathers, heads, and feet are mixed with chicken feed and given to other chickens. A similar practice made the cattle in England go "mad," but with chickens, who can tell? Lungs from cattle are made into pet food, since it is illegal in the US to use them as filler. To that end, slaughterhouses are required to coat lungs (of the CATTLE, not the workers) with carbon black, to make sure nobody sells them as meat for humans. As for the testicles, you will find them in restaurants in the western US as "prairie oysters." Interestingly, testicles, oysters, scallops, and eggs are the only kinds of meat that get tougher the longer they are cooked. Pretty tasty, though!
