Why can you not be a good person and tell the store

You have it wrong. The way that stores are built now (pre fabricated) means that there is a space under the building, rats can get underneath the store but there is no way of them getting into the resturant. When under the building rentokill are called out ant the rats are caught, and killed.
Why can you not be a good person and tell the store that there are rats in in the area around the drive thru, so they could sort the problem out?
