Company on a whole- what do you think?

As a mgr of McDonald's I have just returned from a conference where the company set there aims for the next year. I find it totally useless and cant understand why they bring their managers together and feed us with all of this rubbish on how good the company is and what good we're going to do this year. The company make themselves sound so positive and then your sent back to this crappy restaurant that falling apart and given more crap from the other managers on how important employees are when all along we're just skivies working for next to nothing and acheiving nothing apart from making money for the company!
