they dont see the truth behind McDonalds

To the contrary, I and my vegan friends, do not have to think about slaughter every day...like you non-vegans that must kill to live. I am personnaly concerned about the non-vegans that realy want to change their diet to a more humane diet, yet they dont see the truth behind McDonalds (which they believe to be humane). Now let the truth be shone that McDonalds is filthy, disease laden, the cause of long term health problems, and is a socially reprehensible institution.

The reason given for being a vegan is usually that plants have no central nervous system and thus cannot feel anything we would recognize as 'pain'; however, plants are most definitely alive.
