I've just been reading in 'The Case' about how the McLibel
defendants were not allowed to have a jury because the issues
involved were 'too complicated' for ordinary people to understand.If ordinary people can't understand them, how the hell are Helen
and David s'pposed to cross-examine world experts on the subject?
Surely they deserve to have legal representation on this point
alone.I'm sending them 20 quid, but they're not going to be able to
buy a lawyer with that.
