You think the publicity from the case has actually harmed McDonalds - not at all. I know not a single person who doesn't eat there because of it and in fact you have probably helped their sales by keeping their names in the headlines.
Look at the growth rate of McDs over the last few years - it has been staggering. McDoanlds should pay you all a commission - their legal costs would have been money well spent - probably recorded as advertising.
