erm.. it's an easy point to make to say that in disputes such as these the only ppl to win are the lawyers. Your post smacks of smugness. Of course MD's can afford to lose the money. What has hurt them however is the massive amount of bad publicity. Mud sticks and I'll bet MD's execs will not consider this a victory.
