'Most Asians are conservative' is another stereotype about Asians.
Most Asians are apolitical, if anything. The ones who are 'conservative' usually know little more about the world and politics other then what they get from the media. If some Asians are coservative, or 'identify with the oppressor,' as you put it, they certainly don't know it, because the media doesn't portray the conservative party as being the oppressor.
