It is well known that McDonald's paid detectives to infiltrate the campaigning group that made the 'What's Wrong With McDonald's' leaflets.What I don't understand is - how come they can sue Helen and Dave for doing something which their own employees (ie the detectives) were doing (ie distributing these leaflets)?
