I too must ruin your perfect world to point out that the only reason McD's hires teens and minorities and the uneducated and old people is so they can abuse their rights,pay them less,treat them like crap,and convince the world they are helping them.They have things like the RMCC so that people will overlook these sorts of things and say"they're not that bad"Take my caes for example...I have worked there for over 3 years,now they are trying to fire me because if I work there much longer,they might have to promote me or give me yet another 7 cent raise,they can't fire me legally because I do my job well, so they are continually cutting my hours to make me want to quit.They like a regular turnover of employees who last less than 6 months(the time they would get a raise)because to them employees are dispensable, its easier to train a new person than give a raise to a reliable employee.As I said,they support public events to encourage the public to overlook their exploitation of youths, immigrants and the aged.Take it from one who knows.: None.
