You say in your article that by not being able to show substantive evidence to back up the claims made in the pamphlet make Dave and Helen simple liars, which planet are you living on pray tell!

In the medical field it is perfectly acceptable to say that smoking causes cancer. In fact there is NO SUBSTANTIVE EVIDENCE TO BACK THAT UP! (For McDonalds view on that view the transcripts of the Court of Appeal hearing and look at McDonalds Barrister, Mr. Richard Rampton QC, who says exactly that.) Further, their Lordships, Lord justices May and Pill, and Mr. Justice Keanne, all said that they had 'great sympathy with the defendants' over the cancer issue, but could not find in their favour because of a previous Court of Appeal decision. (That is called rules of precedent.) It was not that Helen and Dave did not provide substantive evidence. Read the judgement, you obviously have not so far.
