I live in the Chicago area, where McDonald's was recently involved in litigation arising out of its alleged misappropriation of trade secret technology for a new type of oven. Has anyone heard of any similar allegations of trade secret misappropriation by McDonald's? If so, I would appreciate any information you can provide. McDonald's settled the case here and is now seeking insurance coverage for the cost of the settlement. None.
