I accidently stumbled onto this web page while searching for concrete facts that demonstrate the terrible pollution caused by cattle and other large farm animals. I'd like to thank you for the fact sheet (very helpful), but I also want to comment on how cool you are!!! Everything you've written corresponds to my views on beef consumption and life in general, except I definately cannot express my opinions as articulately as you. Anyways, congrats on your excellant job educating the ignorant people of the world! By the way, have you read "Beyond Beef" by Jeremy Rifkin? If you haven't, I enthusiastically recommend it. None.
