Stop trying to save the world

I am sure we know there are more serious problems in this world, but are they ours to deal with? Besides that, are there not thousands of people who already fight tobacco and hunger? Is this small effort that much of a threat to all the others in terms of manpower? Leave it to a word like "McDonald's" to attract a bunch of kids to this site.

Here's a question: Why do those third-world inhabitants keep having children when they cannot feed them?

Stop trying to save the world, and start trying to do things that are more realistic.
