: The point I'm trying to make is that there is no one only truth, there are several ways of thinking.

Cynic: Actually, the TRUTH about things exists independantly of human thought. That's what it is by definition. So when you assert that there is not a "one only truth," you are wrong. The nature of something like TRUTH is that it is immutable, unsubject to human whimsy or opinion, and unconcerned about what we as individuals think. It's rightness cannot be argued with.

Now, has anyone ever actually found this truth? I doubt it. I've never met a person who seemed to have it all worked out. But maybe. The point being, with everyone having their opinion about truth, and truth being subject to no-one's opinion, it leaves only the following.

Some or all people could be wrong, but not everyone is right.

: We need to think about our lives and try to make this planet a bit better place.

Correct. We can do it by pursuing whatever the TRUTH about things is, instead of arrogantly insisting we've all found it as it relates to us.
