retired dairy cows as hambuger

I am new to this board, I have found it very interesting and entertaining so far. I am only 18 years old but I have have spent all my life on a dairy farm here in the Rocky Mountains. I know where our low producing cows (because of age or heath problems) end up. For all of you McDonalds supporters and customers I personally would certainly want to be better informed of the source of the beef I was eating before I either ate at or openly supported McDonalds as being a place to pick up a "good meal". People in general have much more credibility when they speak after they have done the research.
