People have obviously lived full lives on vegan diets, and mostly they aren't just concered about health issues. I am a 15 year old vegan and i'm very proud of my choice. I have come to realization that we can't prevail as a meat eating society, and that we certainly aren't compassionate beings. I am not your stereotypical animal rights activist and I try to be as patient as I can with different points of view. I just don't think that we call label ourselves as humane huuman beings, when we are responsible for the worst animal creulty in years. None.
