My question is?? I thought part of the Wal-Mart philosophy was to give people promotions based on their merit not on how long they have been there?? In my store they just gave a dept manager position to someone that has absolutely no clue what she is doing? The other associates have to go behind her and clean up her mess. And if a person says anything to management it is not taken seriously. This is very frustrating and surprising. Also, why do people with such bad attitudes get ignored and never reprimanded and the ones that are doing their job get into trouble. It doesnt seem like the Wal-Mart way? Maybe I am wrong?
