I WAS EMPLOYED FOR WALMART FOR 3 MONTHS AND WAS FIRED FOR USING PROFANITY TOWARDS A CUSTOMER. THE REASON WHY IT CAME TO THIS POINT IS BECAUSE THE MANAGERS ON THE SALESFLOOR DIDN'T BOTHER TO TRY AND CALM ME DOWN IF ANYTHING THEY WERE CONCERNED ABOUT A CUSTOMER IF THEY ARE GOING TO LOSE BUSINESS. THE CUSTOMER INSULTED ME, LOW RATED ME OVER A PAIR OF SOCKS THAT SHE PICKED UP IN THE WRONG PLACE AND ASSUMED THAT WRONG PRICE. THAT BITCH MADE ME SO UPSET I WAS CRYING AND SHAKING THAT BITCH MADE ME SO MAD BUT GUESS WHAT. WALMART DIDN'T CARE ABOUT ME AND MY FEELINGS. THEY TOOK ME TO THE BACK AND FIRED ME. BUT I LEARNED SOMETHING FROM THIS. I'M AM 18 YEARS OLD AND IT WAS MY FIRST JOB. I DON'T CARE WHERE YOU WORK IF THE COMPANY THAT YOUR WORKING FOR
DOESN'T VALUE YOU THE EMPLOYEE ENOUGH TO KNOW THAT YOU ARE A PERSON AND HAVE FEELING JUST LIKE THE CUSTOMER. YOU DON'T NEED THAT JOB. YOUR SELF RESPECT IS WAY MORE IMPORTANT THAN SOME DAMN JOB.I WAS ONLY MAKING $5.88 AN HOUR BEING A CASHIER. THE NEXT WEEK AFTER I GOT FIRED I FOUND A JOB THAT PAYS $6.OO/HR. +TIPS. LIKE I TOLD THEM IDON'T NEED THIS DAMN JOB.
