Management goes to far!

Managers sometimes try to run the store a certain way and forget that there are policies to follow. For instance, yes there is a dress code that must be obeyed. But no where does it say in that dress code about males not wearing earings. Some managers that I worked for wouldn't allow it. When I got my ears pierced, I got them both done just because they said we couldn't. Its not in the policy or dress code. So therefore there shouldn't be any problem. Some male from another Wal-Mart was told not to wear his and he went to court for it and he won. He filed discrimination agaisnt WalMart. So what ever store you work for don't let managers intimidate you in anyway.
