Wal-Mart is a great danger to society like all companies that get too big. It has the ability to rip a community apart. Of course, the longer they're around the faster jobs go in other shops, hitting everything from taxis to restaurants as people can no longer afford to use them. This is not good for anyone. Wal-Mart can then uproot and go somewhere else once the community is devestated. This is why they are opposed. If you enjoy stacking shelves (we all done it at some time) then you're losing the plot, buddy. None.
