Walmart's not going to stop that cycle, they are getting rich off it. Walmart is not going to unionize; hopefully the employees that work there will someday decide they deserve better and do it, but Walmart management is never going to give permission. If employees at Walmart ever go union, it will be because the people who work there have the balls to risk being fired to assert the rights that are legally theirs. The United Food and Commerical Workers Union have been trying to get into Walmart for years, but no dice. None.
