I have worked for a unionized grocery store for 6 years and all the union is good for is takeing the union dues and laughing in the face of the "union workers". I have yet to see them do anything for us workers. The last thing Walmart workers need to do is to unionize. You don't get any better health insurance than the company itself can offer.
