: Another common complaint is the eltromagnetic fields from electronic appliances. I'm starting to get concerned about sitting so close to my monitor, seeing as how it appears many in the cap+alt section may have been afflicted with some type of disorder from spending so much time online.

EC:
Yes, I have considered electro-magnetic fields, and do understand the dangers. (I type fast!)

Sprout:
: People should concentrate on whats known to be harmful, carefully weighing the tradeoffs that are invovled in virtually every case.

EC:
This what I have advocated on the subject! You fail to see, though, that the multi-national conglomerates and their huge pile of resourses actively hide the truth from people who use their products, and anyone who speaks up is a troublemaker or a fear monger, as you put it. Your blind faith in the capitalist institutions is really laughable, and negates any point you have ever made about mcdonalds food. You have no continuity in your arguements.

When exactly was it that I complimented you? I only questioned how you could possibly believe the tripe fed to you by the multi-national conglomerates, when at times you seem so intelligent? I have speculated that in time you will come around.

Sprout:
: As for the NHL, I blame greedy labour.

EC:
So those logo's all over the boards (and now the ice) are union labels?

So the Pepsi Centre and GM Place (that are continually replacing community owned facilities) are really union halls?

So the luxury boxes of all the new stadia are for union meetings?

So when the winnipeg and quebec franchises jumped ship it wasn't because the US dollar is attempting to rule the world?

If the so called "players union" were indeed a true industrial union, the players would not cross the picket lines of ticket vendors, janitors, snack bar workers, and zamboni drivers. "Greedy Labour" my ass. Just call it by it's real name: Capitalism.

Next year's semi finals:

New Orleans Canadiens vs Houston Maple Leafs
Seattle Canucks vs Las Vegas Oilers
(Eliminated in first round: Milwaukee Flames, Portland Senators)
You and Don Cherry will have a heart attack and blame "Labour."

Mike, The Everett Citizen

P.S. Your "popularity" is in the fact that there is so much to refute in your postings! But your EGO tells you different!
