You say te employees who don;'t like the union should go somewher else? I don't see you telling employees who don't like management to go somewhere else. Seems like a double standard to me. Heavin forbid the will of the majority be followed. Your a lot like the other left leaners on this board, all fo democracy as long as the outcome is what you want. Reminds me of the off topic discussion scateered throughout these boards by someone who constantly claims the elected Harris government is somehow undemocratic.
