I AGREE WITH YOU

Worrying about little things like Nutri-Sweet over sugar, is going to do more harm than actually having it.

For a good lifestyle, just generally eat healthily (as said) and have a RELAXING lifestyle with little conflicts in your thoughts.

I've heard of people who have lived through to their 90s, who have eaten a bit unhealthily (like dolloping butter onto bread and always having sweet puddings and so on) but they lived in the country away from stress and they died happily.

Obviously it will make a difference if you replace all your fruit and veg. intake with chocolate, etc. - but just generally take in what you need and be sensible and diet is not important. It's mind over matter my dear!

: Here is a link you might want to check out. Be careful of worrying over evertime someone suggest any product might be bad. Theres always something. It gets a lot of publicity and than you never here of it again. Remember Cellular phones a couple years ago? No one is to worried about them now. Just concentrate on a diet that is known to be healthy. Limit fat, particularly saturated and hydrogenated, and eat plent of fruit, veggies, whole grains and legumes. Drink lots of water and get some excersice. Don't sweat over every fear mongering statement made by some left wing anticapitalist antimultinational nut looking to make a name for themself.
