Yes, there is one in San Jose,Costa rico And maybe more.

McSpotlight: According to the latest McDonald's Annual Report there are 19 McDonald's stores in Costa Rica. What they don't tell you in the Annual Report is that some of the beef used in those stores is from cattle reared on former rainforest land.
