Does the country of origin matter?

Dr. Fong, the country's origin to which a transnational belongs to does not matter in international business, simply because there is no international body to enforce the law. What you do in one country does not apply in another, and by the same token what is allowed in one country is not allowed in another. The origin of the country and its laws should apply to multinationals doing business abroad, however, without a body to enforce it, transnationals do as they please. For more info on this topic refer to "Ethics and the Conduct of Business", by John R. Boatright. Prentice Hall.
Good luck.
