You should have pets and feel sorry for the ones you have. No real animal lover or pet owner would be ready to allow their animal to suffer even if it would save a life. The animals that are tested on are not brave either, they don't choose to go into the lab and be tortured, they are forced to die. While they are being tested on some of them are brave but they should not have to be when what they are dying for will not help them. No human would choose to die so that a disease found only in non-human species could be cured.
