AS A CURRENT BK MANAGER I GET REALLY FED UP WITH PEOPLE WHO CONSTANTLY
COMPLAIN ABOUT OUR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.......WE ARE ALL HUMAN AND YES WE OCCASIONALLY GET IT WRONG. ALTHOUGH WE TRY HARD TO PLEASE ALL OUR CUSTOMERS WE DO SOMETIMES GET IT WRONG SORRY FOR BEING HUMAN.

P.S. ANY FUTURE COMPLAINTS COULD ALL YOU GUTLESS WONDERS HAVE THE COURAGE TO SPEAK TO US FACE TO FACE INSTEAD OF TAKING THE COWARDS AND EASY OPTION OF PHONING OR TYPING COMPLAINTS OUT. THEN WE MAY BE ABLE TO PLEASE ALTHOUGH SOME PEOPLE ARE NEVER HAPPY NO MATTER WHAT.
