Years ago, the ground beef came from the same places the supermarkets get it. However, that was when everything was cooked on the premises. Now, all of the flatulence-inducing food at Taco Bell is pre-cooked, and reheated in a hot water bath. Therefore, nobody at the store level would know the answer to your question.
