unusual coffee

Has anyone ever had a free coffee "gift" from Burger King like my husband has???????????
He USED to get a breakfast every day from Burger King. Not anymore. He received a piece of their coffee pot today in his cup. Couldn't the worker see and feel the coffee piece fall in his cup? Don't get me wrong. The piece was approximately 2x3 inches and big enough to cause a splash!
Not a Burger King customer anymore!
