I would suggest more research before using it

Nancy Markle wrote an article concerning aspartame marketed as nutraSweet, Equal, and Spoonful. The article says, " aspartame is especially deadly for diabetics. The aspartame keeps the blood sugar level out of control, causing many patients to go into a come. Unfortunately many have died."
I would suggest more research before using it as there are several other side effects she attributes to its use.
