The management needs to show more leadership and respect towards associates and stop favortisome. The associates that work[the ones that put 100%] should be respected and not treated as if thier tring to take thier superiors job. The pay should be fair and based upon performance not because you kissup better than anyone or best friends with manegement.I think manegement needs to understand that -thankyou-is and will go along way -but thankyous dont pay the rent. None.
