I know exactly how you feel. I am going to college and have one more year left. i have been with mcdonalds for five years and i think i can help. find something outside of work that is relaxing. dont let your general manager get you down and just concentrate on making the crew and the customers happy. your gm will notice the effect you have on the crew and customers and something is bound to change. good luck None.
