: I work at Mcdonalds, and let me tell you a few things....when ordering fish filets or grilled chickens and you ask for it well done-we take an old one and pop it back in the fryer....also, when you "take a few bites out of a burger" and return it, the only purpose it serves is to piss us off...we waste so much food anyway from people dropping things on the floor that we lose money...I think it's selfish, suck it up and eat a burger that is warm, not burning hot....

As for "re-cooking" products to make them well done, you and whoever taught you to do that need to learn a little something about proper procedures. As for the rest of the world that may be reading this, please believe me when I say that I don't think this is a common practice. As for the complaints, they are the only way that we know we may be doing something wrong. Nevetat7 definately has something to learn about customer satisfaction.
