If you do not like the pay then quit. To rip off = steal from your employer is a crime and could scar you record for life. is it worth the free food to have thief written into your file . See how far you go with a crimminal record. poor pay is no reason to steal is this how your parents raise you. You should be ashamed for even thinking of stealing. Maybe you should rethink your motives and try to live a clean life .
